Before you send a return
Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first. All returns run through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process: email info@sofaine.com or call +1 (877) 665-2822, and we'll issue your RMA number together with the correct US return address. Items sent to our German business address cannot be processed or refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
