Shipping Policy

Shipping on every US order is free: no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout. Below is exactly what happens between your order confirmation and your doorstep, with real timelines we actually keep.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not deliver to destinations outside the US at this time.

2. Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed within up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday enter processing the same day; orders after the cut-off or on weekends enter processing the next business day.

4. Transit time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–10 business days. Our pieces ship directly from our partner fulfilment centres, some of which are located internationally. Shipping direct is part of how we keep prices fair without compromising on quality, and the 6–10 day window is the honest, realistic timeline that model allows. We'd rather tell you the real number up front than surprise you after checkout.

In total: allow up to 48 hours of processing plus 6–10 business days in transit from dispatch.

5. Tracking: every order, the whole way

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to activate it. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us at info@sofaine.com. We watch it with you.

6. Customs, duties, and import taxes

Because some orders ship from international fulfilment centres, your delivery may pass through US customs, and you act as the importer of record for your purchase. Following the suspension of the US de-minimis exemption, import duties, taxes, or fees may be assessed at the border; where they apply, they are determined by US customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility. Most orders arrive without any action needed from you. But we believe you should know the full picture before you buy, not after.

7. Our 30-day shipment commitment

If we ever cannot ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you with the revised date and ask for your consent to the delay, or issue a prompt, full refund if you'd rather not wait. That's your right, and we honor it without friction.

8. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • Delayed: if your order hasn't arrived within the 6–10 business-day window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
  • Lost: if a shipment is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Your choice.
  • Damaged: if your order arrives damaged, email info@sofaine.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Address changes and cancellations

Need to correct an address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at info@sofaine.com or +1 (877) 665-2822. We can usually change or cancel an order that hasn't entered fulfilment; once a parcel has shipped, changes are no longer possible, but the 30-day return window has you covered.
