In the event of an order cancellation prior to fulfillment, or an approved product return processed under our Return Policy, refunds will be issued exclusively and directly to the original method of payment utilized during the initial transaction. Once we initiate the refund from our gateway, please allow a processing window of 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary significantly between different financial institutions.
